Statutory goals of the Association: 

1. permanent contribution to the effective realization of all human rights, strengthening civil society at local level and promoting European values; 
2. ensuring environmental protection and improvement actions at community level by promoting awareness among the population, public and private entities, of the principles of precaution and prevention of pollution of environmental factors; 
3. promoting and supporting the development of new information technologies in the community by capitalizing on the innovative potential and providing support services in accessing them; 
4. increasing civic activism of young people (girls and boys) and promoting various forms of their participation in community development and decision-making; 
5. improving the socio-economic condition of different categories of people and vulnerable groups in the community; 
6. developing a range of integrated services for socio-professional inclusion of young people from disadvantaged categories (young people from large families, at risk, with disabilities, young men and women from NEETs, etc.); 
7. transforming community problems into business opportunities by promoting and supporting innovative social entrepreneurship activities, including through enterprises created by the Association; 
8. permanent contribution and active participation in advocacy actions in the fields of activity of the Association (socio-professional integration of young people from disadvantaged categories, youth policies, social entrepreneurship, environmental protection and climate change, sustainable development, community social services, etc.) 
9. carrying out economic activities, generating additional income, for organizational development, ensuring the continuity of the programs / projects / services of the Association, as well as supporting the activities of enterprises created by the Association; 
10. increasing organizational efficiency through planned interventions at the level of employees, volunteers, teams, organizational structures, processes and organizational culture, targeting the following dimensions: non-discrimination and equal opportunities, health and safety at work, anticorruption, environmental protection, resilience to disasters and conflicts, etc.; 
11. strengthening the organizational and institutional capacities of the Association, including the development of infrastructure and its adaptation according to the principle of universal design.

Discriminatory policy 

Gender equality must be a central objective of any democratic society wishing to provide full and equal citizenship rights for all. In this context, the overall objective of NGO "Eco-Razeni" is to contribute to the creation of a society in which both women and men enjoy the same opportunities, rights and obligations in all spheres of life, starting with changing the attitude towards gender within the organization, so that both sexes are able to share power and influence equally; have equal opportunities for financial independence through work; enjoy equal access to promotion and opportunities to develop their skills and talents; to be free from all coercion, intimidation and acts of gender-based violence, both at home and at work.

Action Plan for gender mainstreaming in the activity of NGO Eco-Razeni:

1. Analysis of the normative framework in the field and completion of the organization's library with books and other information resources on discrimination, harassment and gender equality
2. Organizing information and awareness actions for the organization's employees on gender issues
3. Reflecting elements from a gender perspective in the strategic acts of the organization and drafting them
4. Identification of financial resources for carrying out gender mainstreaming actions in the organization
5. Elaboration of a computerized record system for registration of employees and beneficiaries of the organization with automatic segregation by gender, ethnicity, education, age, etc. 

Anti-corupţie policy 

Anticorruption policy of the Public Association "Eco-Razeni" towards corruption and measures implemented to combat this phenomenon. Through the continuous implementation of anticorruption measures, Eco-Razeni aims to raise awareness and promote preventive measures, which reduces the possibility of making errors and facilitates the detection of illegalities and the taking of appropriate measures. Eco-Razeni's commitment to fighting corruption is at the core of our mission to expose and fight poverty and exclusion, and is a sign of respect for rights holders, partner organizations, employees, members, volunteers and donors.

Child protection policy 

This policy document is a statement of intent of the Public Association "Eco-Razeni", through which the association reconfirms its commitment to protect children both inside and outside the organization. Eco-Razeni disapproves of any manifestation of violence against children and reiterates its conviction that all children have equal rights to protection, regardless of age, gender, health status, social status, religion or ethnicity. 

Eco-Razeni considers child protection a primary responsibility of all agencies and organizations active in the field and is firmly convinced that accepting responsibilities and combining efforts of state authorities and non-commercial organizations is an important premise in ensuring a safe and protective living environment for children. 

Eco-Razeni considers it important that all people who work with children (employees, volunteers, etc.) directly or indirectly, know their responsibilities, know how and when they apply them and have an active role in ensuring and promoting children's rights at association level. 

This document establishes child protection procedures within the organization, taking into account the specifics of the association and its beneficiaries, defining its expectations regarding the process of prevention, denunciation and reaction in cases of violence against children.

Sexual Exploitation and Abuse Prevention Policy (EAS) 

Sexual exploitation and abuse violate internationally recognized legal standards and norms and represent unacceptable and prohibited behavior among humanitarian personnel, including employees and associated staff of Eco-Razeni. 

Eco-Razeni has a zero tolerance policy towards sexual exploitation and abuse. All employees and associated staff of Eco-Razeni must always comply with the highest standards of personal and professional conduct and provide humanitarian assistance and services in a way that respects and encourages the rights of beneficiaries and other vulnerable members of local communities. 

Eco-Razeni will make every possible effort to create and maintain a safe environment, free from sexual exploitation and abuse, and will take appropriate measures in this regard in the communities in which it operates, using a solid policy framework on zero tolerance towards sexual exploitation and abuse, including through prevention and response actions.
