STRATEGIC PRIORITIES AND OBJECTIVES
During 2022 – 2026, the Public Association "Eco-Razeni" addresses the following strategic priorities:
PRIORITY 1: Development of integrated services for socio-professional inclusion of young people and young women with disabilities and other disadvantaged categories.
Objective 1.1. Until the end of 2026, the mechanism of training, integration and socio-professional monitoring of young people (girls and boys) with disabilities and other disadvantaged categories operates.
Objective 1.2. By the end of 2026, we offer at least 3 personal development and career guidance services for young men and women.
Objective 1.3. By the end of 2026, we develop young people's professional skills in at least 3 trades.
Objective 1.4. By the end of 2026, 30% of the beneficiaries of the on-the-job training service are in employment.
PRIORITY 2: Increasing youth participation in the sustainable development of the community.
Objective 2.1. Until the end of 2026, through the annual rounds of small grants, civic and business initiatives of young people (girls and boys, 30% of them from disadvantaged categories) from at least 20 localities of Ialoveni district are supported.
Objective 2.2. By the end of 2026, there are at least 3 stable funding sources for the Ialoveni Youth Fund Program.
Objective 2.3. By the end of 2026, the number of young people (beneficiaries of the Ialoveni Youth Fund) with consolidated capacities and involved in advocacy activities increased by 30%.
PRIORITY 3: Promoting social and green entrepreneurship, in particular insertion social enterprises.
Objective 3.1. By the end of 2026, the rate of people informed by the general public about social entrepreneurship increases by 30%.
Objective 3.2. By the end of 2026, NGO Eco-Razeni contributes with at least three recommendations to improve the regulatory framework and promotes the insertion social enterprise model at local, national and international level.
Objective 3.3. By the end of 2026, at least 150 representatives of NGOs, LPAs level 1 and 2, economic agents, CPA, etc. participate in training processes and exchange of experience in the field of social entrepreneurship.
PRIORITY 4: Strengthening the organizational and institutional capacities of NGO Eco-Razeni.
Objective 4.1. By the end of 2026, Eco-Razeni's staff are complete and the staff benefits from continuous training.
Objective 4.2. By the end of 2026, Eco-Razeni NGO becomes a Regional Social Innovation Hub , adapted to the needs of the target group.
Objective 4.3. Until the end of 2026, NGO "Eco-Razeni" operates according to internal policies and approved regulations.
Objective 4.4. By the end of 2026, a digitized internal management system is developed and implemented within NGO "Eco-Razeni".
